What to expect

You will be sent a nutrition questionnaire to complete before your consultation . This will give me a starting point to build a full case history which we’ll complete together. Initial consultations last 1 hour and follow-ups last 30 minutes. You’ll get a set of notes as well as supporting info like supplements, menu planners & recipes where relevant. It’s recommended you have a follow up after 4 -6 weeks to check on your progress and tweak your plan where necessary.

Consultations can be face to face or by telephone or Skype


If necessary, I recommend functional tests to help you gain a deeper understanding of your issues and help you achieve your goals. These tests can look at deficiencies, hormones, digestive health and more. I recommend you speak to your GP about any tests they can offer before paying for them.
