Baked Cauliflower tikka

Ingredients

Half a medium sized cauliflower, chopped into florets

2 tbsp yoghurt

1tsp paprika

1tsp turmeric

Freshly ground black pepper

1cm fresh ginger, grated

Pinch of salt

Method

Combine yoghurt with the spices and stir the cauliflower through until thoroughly coated.
Spread out on a baking tray and bake at around 180C for around 20 mins, turning half way.
Serve with a wedge of lemon or lime and more yoghurt.
