Nutrition

I am a nutritionist with a Masters in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Nottingham. I currently offer 1:1 consultations as well as corporate wellbeing workshops. My specialist interests are women’s health, male and female fertility, diabetes, gestational diabetes and obesity.

Before I retrained in nutrition, I worked in advertising. The breakneck speed of agency world took its toll on my physical and mental health, and I realised I needed to make some changes. I know first-hand how hard it is to break the habits of a lifetime and start out down a new, unfamiliar path. I also know how rewarding it can be to feel (and see) a transformation in yourself and to know that you can control your health. This is why I take time to support each client as they make their first steps.

I want everyone to understand how the right food can improve your health. I am a keen [GREEDY] cook so I love to give my clients practical support to change their diet and lifestyle.

Yoga

I am qualified and insured to teach dynamic hatha, pregnancy and postnatal yoga. I completed my initial 200hr teacher training in 2003. Since then I’ve gone on to train with Shiva Rea, Doug Keller, Danny Paradise, Uma Dinsmore-Tuli and Francoise Freedman.

I’ve been lucky enough to teach at The Life Centre in Notting Hill and Islington as well as a variety of gyms. I’ve also taught a number of corporate yoga classes at places including the English National Opera, HMRC, Deloitte and Imperial College London.

I’m now based in Nottingham and teach a number of classes there. Click the button below to learn my schedule and join a class
